Can I add a personal message inside?

Of course, you have the option of keeping the inside of your card blank during the checkout process.

You can also get a full message, or partial message such as "Happy Birthday". There is a section during the checkout process to write exactly what you want. 

Messages can be printed or hand written if you want a more personal looking card to be sent straight to the recipient.

How do I customise the card?

During the checkout process simply add your message in the message box. You can choose to either have a printed message or a handwritten message. 

Do you deliver internationally?

We are currently only delivering within the UK.

Do you offer same day dispatch?

All of our cards are sent dispatched same day if ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday. We do not dispatch over the weekend or on Bank Holidays.

If there is a problem with your order there may be a delay in dispatching your item. We will inform you of this though.

Do you offer next day delivery?

All of our cards are dispatched using Royal Mail first class post. The vast majority of cards arrive next day but please be aware that Royal Mail can experience delays and can on rare occasions take up to three working days to deliver.

We therefore do not guarantee delivery on any particular day.

Can I schedule a delivery date?

Of course. If you are sending the card directly to someone else you may wish to schedule it for a certain day. We will post this item out two working days in advance of this date.

You can select the delivery date during the checkout process.

How will I know that you have received my order?

You will receive an email when the order is complete. You will then receive a second email when the order is dispatched. 

Can I change my order?

Email us straight away at hello@peachcards.com if you have to change your order and we will do our best to help you. Please be aware though that if you item has already been sent to the printer or dispatched then we cannot change the order.

Unfortunately we do not have the ability to check the details of every order placed. It is you responsibility to ensure your details, including spellings, your message content and addresses are correct before you place your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Email us straight away at hello@peachcards.com if you wish to cancel your order. Please bear in mind that if the item has already been sent to the printer or has been dispatched we will be unable to cancel the order.

Has my order been delivered?

Unfortunately we do not offer a tracked service. This is one of the reasons we don’t offer a guaranteed delivery date. the best way to check if your order has been delivered is to ask the recipient. Let us know if there are any problems.

Can I track my order?

Unfortunately Royal Mail doesn’t offer tracking on First Class post. If your item hasn’t arrived three working days after dispatch please get in touch with us.

My card hasn’t arrived on time, what should I do?

Orders to all UK addresses are sent first class Royal Mail and the vast majority of deliveries are next day. Unfortunately Royal Mail can take up to three working days to deliver your item. If it hasn’t arrived at that time please let us know.

Can I return my card?

Unfortunately as most items are printed on demand and often customised we cannot offer returns on most items. If there is a problem please get in touch to discuss.

Can I get a refund?

If there is an issue with your item on arrival please get in touch at hello@peachcards.com to discuss. 

If we issue a refund please note that it can take several days for banks to show this refund in your account.
